Richard Hunter Almond
Mr. Almond has vast experience in manufacturing and electronics industry. He has developed many products including snap dome switches, custom rugged qwerty keyboards, embedded controller products, progressive metal stamping punch and die tools and processes, conductive ink ESD and EMI shielded switch arrays and much more. Many individuals make claims such as these when they have merely participated as a member of development team, but Rick's capabilities as a design engineer are attested to by the fact that he is sole inventor of the "Tactile Membrane Switch Assembly" patent 4916275 held by Square D Company.
M. Douglas Scott
Mr. Scott's experience lies in areas of process and manufacturing engineering. He is a master of statistical process control, manufacturing process automation, lean process flow lay-out, KanBan manufacturing cell design, and variation source elimination. Doug has developed specialized skills in automated machine vision, automated process control and optimization, and the transition of manual assembly processes into semi-automated or fully automated production lines. His experience in high volume component manufacturing and biomedical instrumentation manufacturing results in a solid understanding of ISO, FDA, and QSR quality system requirements. Mr. Scott is the Owner/President of AlmScot Engineering inc.
